European Market
Small evolution on markets this Friday, traders are still puzzled between ample global supplies and level of prices considered as low.
Euro is starting the week in decline,slightly over 1.06 vs dollar.
Recent cold wave in Europe is not alarming, global conditions are good exceptin Black Sea area where crop conditions are judged as concerning.
According FranceAgrimer, 98% of winter wheat sowing is now completed in France and 97% of corn areas harvested. Before winter, crop conditions are judged good to excellent at 98%.
On the international stage, we can note, the sale of 120 000 t of soybean, US origin, to unknown destination. South Korea would have bought 55 000 t of soy meal, South American and Chinese origins.
Rapeseed is still in consolidation, with on one side the support of the euro and on the other side the bearish pressure coming from soybean. This one is dropping today due to right candidate’s victory to the Argentinian Presidential election with the prospect of lower export taxes for agricultural

Chicago wheat trades to an equivalent of 168 €/t for December 2015 delivery.
Durum wheat, harvest 2015, trades between 280€/t nominal delivered Port La Nouvelle.
Rapeseed, harvest 2015, quotes at 381 €/t nominal FOB Moselle, November 2015 delivery.
Feed barley, harvest 2015, quotes at 158 €/t July basis for standard quality, delivery Rouen.
Malting barley, Sebastian variety, harvest 2015, quotes at 180 €/t July basis, FOB Creil.
Sunflower, harvest 2015, quotes at 410 €/t nominal, October delivery, equivalent Saint-Nazaire.
Corn, 2014 harvest, trades at 161 €/t on a July 2015 basis, FOB Bordeaux

American Market
American marketsare penalized by strength of dollar,but despite of that, USDA displayed last week export numbers higher than expected.
At the beginning of thisweek, the highest decline is observed on the soy complex as a consequence of Argentinian presidential elections this Sunday with the victory of Mauricio Macri which promises to cut export taxes for agricultural commodities.
Friday funds were net sellers of 1 000 lots of corn, 2 500 lots of soybean and 3 500 lots of wheat.
Beneficial rains and snow for wheat crop.
Prices provided below are now for the 2015 harvest.
Corn December 2015, closed at 3.6325 $/bushel, - 1.00 cents from previous day.
Wheat December 2015, closed at 4.8850 $/bushel, + 2.25 cents from previous day.
Soybean November 2015 closed at 8.5750 $/bushel - 2.50 cents from previous day.
Soy meal December 2015, closed at 283$/t, - 3.70$/t from previous day.
Soy oil December 2015, closed at 28.18 cents/lb, + 0.34 cents from previous day.
Black Sea market
Ukrainian corn shipments are struggling to show regular pace. Indeed, since last three weeks, Ukrainian corn export were displayed at 191 000 t first week, 722 000 t second week and 216 000 t during past week. Even if the corn shipments are lower from Russia, they are increasing with 33 000 t, 56 000 t and 113 000 t exported. It’s should be noted that most of Russian destinations are to Europe.
Ukrainian wheat shipments are receding progressively to reach 200 000 t in weekly basis. Same statement on Russian side even if decline of business is not so marked (404 000 t)
